UPDATE: A24 at Kingsfold partially blocked after accident

The A24 Dorking Road in Kingsfold was partially closed in both directions between the Marches Road junction and Great Daux Roundabout.

Reports are that the accident involved a car and a motorcycle.

Single alternate lane traffic took turns to pass the accident on the southbound carriageway, causing delays in both directions.

However, the incident has been cleared and traffic is flowing freely.
