UPDATE: Two traffic accidents close roads around Horsham

Two separate accidents closed roads around Horsham this morning (Thursday July 4).

The A281 Brighton Road in Horsham was closed with long queueing traffic in both directions at the Fletchers Close junction.

The accident, which happened near Bennetts Field, involved four vehicles.

The road has now been re-opened.

However, the A24 Dorking Road in Kingsfold, north of Horsham is still closed and there is queueing traffic in both directions at the Marches Road junction.

This incident, which happened around 7.30am, involved two vehicles.
