Van blocking lane on M23
A van is blocking a lane on the M23 at Gatwick.
Lane one of the road is blocked southbound at junction nine for Gatwick, Highways England said.
AA Traffic added the van had stalled and is reporting slow traffic in the area, although it said it is coping well.
According to Highways England recovery is en route.
