West Chiltington motorcyclist seriously injured in Steyning crash
Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision between a car and a motorcycle on the Steyning by-pass this morning (Monday 19 August).
Emergency services were called to the Steyning by-pass at 7.35am when a Yamaha motorcycle and white BMW collided.
The rider of the motorbike, a 28-year-old man from West Chiltington, was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the BMW was uninjured. The road was reopened around 11.20am.
