Woman flown to hospital after tree collision
A WOMAN was freed from a car and flown to hospital following a collision with a tree.
Firefighters were called to Billingshurst Road, Ashington, yesterday (Thursday) around 2.30pm.
They freed the woman using hydraulic equipment and the air ambulance then flew her to hospital.
