TRAVEL: '˜Severe' delays southbound on M23

Severe delays are reported on M23 around Gatwick Airport, because of an earlier broken down vehicle.

All lanes have been re-opened but traffic is still queuing on the southbound carriageway before J9.

Motorists are advised to check their journey times accordingly.
