TRAVEL: Trains disrupted after tree on the line

Southern services are badly disrupted after a tree was reported on the line at Havant.

The line has since been cleared, but residual delays are expected of up to 20 minutes, Southern has tweeted.

Live depature boards show services towards Littlehampton, Portsmouth and Southampton have been cancelled or delayed due to the incident along with staff shortages.

All services to London Victoria between 2pm and 3.30pm have also been cancelled due to a ‘shortage of train crew’.
