Tributes paid to hair and beauty stalwart

A PIONEERING stalwart of the hair and beauty profession in Worthing has died.

Kathleen Roberton, of Orchard Avenue Worthing, died on December 28, aged 86, from an acute kidney injury.

She leaves behind four children – Nigel, Clive, Lynnette and Chris, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Chris, 56, from Worthing, said: “She was a very warm natured kind loving lady. She cared lots for people and her family. She never really had a cross word to say about anything. She was always there for you. She’s sadly missed by all of us.”
