Two men attack OAP

AN OAP has been assaulted by two men.

At approximately 6.45pm on Wednesday December 10 an elderly man was at his home in Henley Down, East Sussex, when two men entered the property and assaulted him.

The pair ran off in the direction of Sidley and were almost struck by a dark coloured transit-type van being driven towards Catsfield.

Police would like the driver of this van to come forward as they may have crucial information, and would also like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious or knows about the incident to contact them.
