Two women attacked in Worthing town centre

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two young women were attacked in Worthing town centre on Sunday, December 27.

The women were assaulted at around 2am, close to the junction with Chatsworth Road and Chapel Road.

Both women were taken to Worthing Hospital with facial injuries following the attack.

The woman suspect is described as mixed race, approximately 5ft 5in, of slim build with black hair and wearing jeans.

Anyone with information should contact Worthing CID quoting serial 352, of 27/12.
