Emergency services were called to the incident at 12pm on Saturday (August 23) after two vehicles collided on Loxwood Road near Billingshurst.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a women in her 60s and a women in her 80s were both injured and taken by ambulance as a precaution to Royal Surrey County hospital in Guildford.

Two ambulances and a car were sent to the scene and firefighters from both Horsham and Crawley were also called to the accident.
