The talk is The Trees Wave, the Clouds Pass - Virginia Woolf on Life and Art by Karin Fernald. The society always welcomes visitors and new members. UCKFIELD CHORAL SOCIETY: Olivet to Calvary, a sacred cantata by J H Maunder. Uckfield (Holy Cross) Choral Society will be singing this short (50 mins), moving and beautiful work at Holy Cross Church at 6.30pm on the evening of Palm Sunday, April 9, (instead of Evensong). J H Maunder wrote the cantata Bethlehem which was so much enjoyed a couple of years ago..
