Winchelsea Carols: At 7pm tomorrow evening (Saturday) Winchelsea Singers, conducted by Duncan Reid, will be giving their annual concert of carols and readings in Winchelsea Church. This will follow the usual pattern of carols performed by the Singers, interspersed with others for everyone to join in. Tickets will be on sale at the door for £10, the price to include seasonal refreshments, proceeds to be donated to St Michael’s Hospice.

Church Services: In St Mary’s Church this Sunday, Holy Communion will be celebrated at 8am, and the monthly Family Service for All at 11.15am (followed by refreshments and a social gathering in the Community Hall).

Brede Carols: On Monday evening (December 15) there will be carol singing in The Red Lion, from about 8pm onwards. I’ve heard no news of any carol evenings at either The King’s Head or The Plough this year, but you could try making enquiries there in the next few days.
