UPDATE: Accident causes delays near Horley

Traffic was queueing on the M23 Spur Road due to the incident, although all lanes have been re-opened and the area is now clear.

The accident occured between junction 9 on the M23 and the junction for Airport Way in Horley on the A23.

One lane was closed on the M23 at the time of the incident.
