UPDATE: Accident closes A281 near Nuthurst
Drivers faced delays on the A281 following an accident this morning (Thursday June 29).
Reports are that the accident involved a car and a lorry in Nuthurst Road.
The road was blocked both ways between the A281 Brighton Road and Park Lane.
Police were at the scene.
The accident was located just north of Nuthurst but the incident has been cleared and the road re-opened.
