UPDATE: Buxted broken down train still causing delays

A BROKEN down train is still causing disruption at Buxted.

Because of this, buses are replacing trains between Uckfield and Crowborough, journey times may be extended by up to 20 minutes. There is no current estimate for when a normal service will resume.

Passengers are being accepted on Southeastern services between Tunbridge Wells and London and on other Southern services between Haywards Heath and London.

This is the second day in row rail journeys have been disrupted by broken down trains.
