UPDATE: Injured man found in Bognor Regis is in critical condition

A 46-year-old man who was found with a severe head injury in Bognor Regis this morning (January 30) is in a critical condition.

He was found by paramedics in a shelter in Marine Drive West at around 6am.

He has been taken to hospital in Southampton where he is in a critical condition.

Police ask anyone who may have seen anything related to the incident to contact them on 101 quoting reference 337 of January 30.

Officers would also like to speak with two men who flagged down a passer-by to call for an ambulance this morning.
