UPDATE: Man suffers serious injury in A27 collision
A MAN has suffered a serious arm injury in a road collision on the A27.
Emergency services were called to the A27 westbound between Durrington and Titnore Lane to reports of a collision.
One lane of the westbound carriageway has been closed while the emergency vehicles deal with the incident. One man in his 40s, believed to be from Shoreham, has been taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital with a serious injury to his arm.
A young child was recovered from the back of a vehicle unharmed.
Recovery is currently on scene.
