UPDATE: Road cleared after vehicle breaks down on M23
A broken down vehicle has been cleared from the M23 by Gatwick Airport but traffic is still moving slowly, according to reports.
The vehicle had broken down on the M23 Northbound at Junction 9 causing queueing traffic.
