A yellow alert has been issued by the Met Office for strong gusting winds this evening and most of tomorrow (Tuesday March 31).
There will be an additional problem as heavy rain is also due to arrive around 6pm when the wind will start to pick up.
Tomorrow morning is set to be showery and overcast with gusts of wind reaching 50mph.
The wind is expected to continue all day but the afternoon could be sunny with temperatures hitting around 12degC.
The forecast for Wednesday is currently for sunny intervals and the temperature in single figures.
Thursday and Good Friday are looking like being overcast and fairly chilly, with a few showers and more gusts of wind (around 40mph)
