Emergency services responded to a crash in Petworth this morning (Monday, July 20).

Firefighters were called to assist at Grove lane, Petworth after a vehicle left the road and ‘collided with a garden wall’ just after 11.50am.

A spokesperson for Midhurst Fire Station said: “The driver was assisted from the vehicle and the area made safe.

“Incident left for recovery with Sussex Roads Police.”

Sussex Police confirmed the driver suffered only minor injuries after the crash.
