Vehicles and property targeted by thieves

LAPTOPS, iPads, cash and an Xbox have all been stolen from Worthing properties in the last week.

Sussex Police records show that residential and commercial properties and vehicles continue to be targeted by thieves.

Two vans were broken into in Castle ward on April 4 in Park Way and April 5 in The Strand. Tools were stolen in both instances.

On April 5 two laptops were stolen from a commercial property in Teville Road. There was also an attempt to break into a second commercial property in the area, on Railway Approach on the same day although no access was gained.

In Heene Ward a Downview Road property was targeted on April 1. Entry was gained via a kitchen window and a handbag, wallet and laptop were stolen.

Two days later thieves stole a handbag, iPad ,mobile telephone and the contents of a wallet from a property in Mill Road.
