Victory's 36-gun blast for bonfire
A FORTY foot high, fully rigged, tableau of Nelson's flagship HMS Victory, pulled by six burly bonfire boys, was the highlight of Firle's bonfire night celebrations in the village on Saturday.
More than 3,000 visitors applauded wildly as the impressive montage was dragged in the main procession through the village after a moving remembrance service at the war memorial.
