More than 90 talented youngsters from the Kaleidoscope Theatre Company were performing in a lavish production of The Arabian Nights at Priory School, Lewes.
The spectacular shows were on Friday February 22 and Saturday February 23.
Kaleidoscope’s artistic director Deirdre Daly said: “We have devised this production over the last term in our weekly classes.
“The children and young people have contributed lots of their own ideas to the creative process and then our teachers helped shape the work into a visually stunning show, full of laughter and tears, darkness and light, puppetry and magic.”
She added: “This is our largest and most ambitious show to date!”
The play features story-teller Scherezade who saves her life, and the lives of others, by weaving fabulous tales of wit and imagination.
