The 1st Cinque Ports Rifle Volunteers Corps of Drums at the Armed Forces Day in Steyne Gardens, Worthing, on Saturday

Performances by choirs from Chesswood Middle School and Thomas A’Becket Middle School took place in Steyne Gardens this morning, along with a Hurricane flypast.

The 1st Cinque Ports Rifle Volunteers Corps of Drums gave a marching band performance, watched by a crowd of hundreds. See part of their performance on our video.

This afternoon’s events include a Beatles tribute band at 3pm and the Alan Smithee Band at 5pm.

Tomorrow, the Drumhead Service will be held in Steyne Gardens from 10am, followed by a performance by the Lancing Brass Concert from 12.30pm.

There are also lots of charity stalls to look around.
