Video - dog rescued from cliff face

AMY the dog was rescued from a cliff face between Houghton and Amberley by the Technical Rescue Unit from Horley fire station yesterday (Tuesday).

The cliff had a drop of approximately 120 feet but fortunately Amy only fell about 25 feet and ended up stuck fast in trees, which saved her life.

Amy was rescued by the TRU using specialist line rescue equipment.

There were no injuries apart from a couple of scratches.
