VIDEO: Highlights from Burning the Clocks 2016

The crowds turned out for the Burning the Clocks parade last night (December 21), the Winter Solstice event that marks the longest night of the year.

Around 2,000 people took part in the parade, carrying lanterns, dancing and playing instruments to the tens of thousands of spectators lining the streets at The Lanes and the seafront.

The event ended with a bonfire on the beach and a spectacular firework display.
