Jacqui Pullen has managed to raise £750 for Parkinson’s UK as she took to the skies last month, diving from more than 13,000 feet above Salisbury Plain.

The charity is one Jacqui knows well as the 53-year-old was diagnosed with the disease five years ago.

Since then she has not let anything hold her back and has been trying to collect as much money as possible so the charity can help future generations.

“It was amazing. I really enjoyed and would love to do it again and again,” Jacqui said.

“It was as easy as falling off a log but it was a lot longer.

“I was nervous until it came to the big day and then I got up in the morning and I was walking around with the confidence thinking I can do this.”

She added one of the highlights of the day was being strapped to a red devil diver as she jumped out of the plane.

However, this is not the first dare-devil stun Jacqui has completed for the charity.

Last year she abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower to raise money for the same cause and also has plans to do something just as nerve-racking next year.

However she is now out of ideas about what to do and has asked people to come up with some new challenges.

She said: “I am thinking about swimming with sharks but I am not sure.

“I will give everything a go while I still can.”
