Heavy rain over the bank holiday weekend led to flooding on many roads across the Horsham District.

Severe flooding was reported throughout the town with North Street and Gorringes Brook both submerged in flood waters.

This video was capture by Mark Bailey as he drove from Southwater to Copsale at around 2.30pm on Sunday (January 3).

He said he had never seen so much water on the roads and described it as like ‘driving through a river’.
