Footage has been captured by a passer-by of a lorry ablaze in the A27 Falmer near Brighton.
The video shows the front of the lorry on fire on the side of the A27 with cars continuing to use both carriageways.
A spokesperson for East Sussex Fire & Rescue said crews were called at 5.52pm yesterday (Tuesday, October 26) to reports of a HGV on fire.

Hide AdThe service said three fire engines and three officers attended the scene by Coldean Lane near Hollingbury on the eastbound carriageway.
Roads in the area were closed while the operation was dealt with and diesel spill cleared.
The service said the cause is not known yet but no one was injured.
