VIDEO: Musical Horsham school pupils raise money for Age UK

Horsham schools displayed their musical talent yesterday (Thursday December 11) to raise money for Age UK Horsham District.

Forest School and Greenway Academy performed on the Horsham bandstand in the afternoon while volunteers from the charity gathered support from the audience.

Community fundraiser Angie De Ath said: “It’s been fantastic to have the support of lots of the audience commented on how delightful it was to see such talented children supporting Age UK Horsham District.

“Lots of the older people in the audience were particularly touched.”

Fiona Chilcott from Greenway said: “There are 21 children altogether from the school orchestra and the Year 6 choir.

“We do our carols by torch light concert on Tuesday. They performed at the senior citizen Christmas meal last wee and the Christmas fair last week.”
