Horsham District Council’s Full Council will decide whether or not to approve the Horsham District Planning Framework Proposed Submission as its policy for planning for housing and economic growth up to 2031.

It includes proposals for 2,500 homes and a new business park north of Horsham, plans which have attracted huge controversy since their announcement last July.
