Arun District Council and Sussex Police received landmark permission from Chichester magistrates on Friday (June 5) to board up 31, Ash Grove, Bognor Regis, following alleged anti-social behaviour.

The ruling comes under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

The house is now closed for three months and anyone entering risks being prosecuted.
