VIDEO UPDATE: Arrest after Storrington Waitrose attack

Police were called to Waitrose in Storrington yesterday (Wednesday April 29) after reports a woman was doused in inflammable liquid and suffered a cut.

Officers and ambulance services were called the store in Old Mill Square just before 3pm.

Police said a 52-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted arson with intent to endanger life and actual bodily harm.
