Emotions ran high as star chef Tim Sheed dedicated an award to a late colleague at the Sussex Food and Drink Awards last night (Thursday January 29).
In the video above, the newly crowned Young Chef of the Year from Horsham pays tribute to Thomas ‘Grimmy’ Drewery, who died in a car crash on Friday January 23.
Five of the evening’s eight award winners are shown accepting their gongs on stage at the ceremony at Brighton and Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium.
