Staff at a Worthing estate agent have been taken aback by the success of their video ‘Why on Earth Would You Want to Live in Worthing?’

“We have lived in this town for quite some time. We all love living here and wanted to shout about it”, said Dan Killeen, managing partner at Sawyers Estate Agents, who came up with the idea.

“You always read about the negative things about Worthing,” Dan added. “We were having a chat about how much it has changed. It’s becoming a lot more fashionable.”

The video was made by Jonathan Rolande, director of Sawyers Estate Agents, and uploaded on Friday and has already been viewed 45,000 times on its Facebook page.

“It’s far far in excess of what we initially thought. For a one office estate agent it’s baffling really,” Dan said.

Sawyers Estate Agents is based in Heene Road in Worthing.
