Horsham District Council’s website (www.horsham.gov.uk) receives hundreds of thousands of visits each year on any of its 130 different public services for local communities, from planning to street cleaning, parking to community safety and more.

Over the next year, improvements to the website will make it clearer, simpler to use, faster to find information and easier to do business with the Council.

‘Being all things to all people’ is often what makes websites difficult to use. As part of the redevelopment of the website Horsham District Council is now seeking views from those who use the website to help improve it for all users.

The survey on the Council’s website should only take around four minutes to complete and, as an added incentive, the Council will enter all completed surveys into a prize draw, with the winner receiving a gift voucher to the value of £50.

The closing date for the survey is 1 April 2013 and the draw will take place at noon on 5 April 2013.

Anyone interested in becoming part of a website user group to help improve the Council’s digital services, or test these services out, is invited to contact Horsham District Council by emailing [email protected], tweeting us @horshamdc or contacting us via the Horsham District Council Facebook page.
