CHRISTMAS MARKET: We were so fortunate not to have this stormy weather the weekend of our Christmas Market, which as Sue said last week was a great success.

LADIES GROUP: Falmer Ladies Group for the November meeting, which is traditionally a craft making evening, two lovely ladies, Gilly and Amanda, came to demonstrate how to make paper flowers by folding and joining together four square pieces of paper, everyone was inspired to try their hand at making them and were delighted with their efforts.

ST LAURENCE 200: Next year we are celebrating the 200 year anniversary of the building of the current St Laurence Church, and the year will be launched on Sunday January 8. The Rev Dr Colin Lawlor would like to contact couples who were married in the church, to invite them to this special celebratory service and to the lunch afterwards. If you know of any such couples, or you were married in St Laurence do please email me on R.Warton@tiscali.co.uk and I will pass your details on.
