Falmer
QUIET TIME: Suddenly after all the busy weeks we have had, it is suddenly quiet, some respite before the run up to Christmas.
EXHIBITION: We do still have the exhibition of Falmer Past displayed in St Laurence Church. It is very well presented and well worth a visit.
HOW EXCITING: A works team arrived this morning to fill some potholes but when I pointed out that there was a further one just 10 metres away the size of a dinner plate, they explained it wasn’t on their work pad and they couldn’t touch it. As the pothole opposite took only less than five minutes to fill it was very hard for me to understand, but then I am only a mere mortal.
DECEMBER EVENTS: We do have some great events planned for December so watch this space and hopefully support us in our effort to keep Falmer on the map.
