CHURCH NEWS: A big thank you to Alan Packard who delivered an inspiring service of Mattins last Sunday when it was Prison Sunday.
We remembered in prayers all those involved in the prison system, both officers and prisoners alike, whether here or world wide. This Sunday, the Reverend Martin Morgan will lead Mattins for Christ the King. The service starts at 10.30am and all are most welcome to join our (sometimes small) congregation. Refreshments are always served afterwards in the church, an opportunity for friendship and chat.
Before we know it, Christmas will be upon us. The following Sunday marks the beginning of Advent, always a beautiful service. This will be on December 2 at the later time of 11am.
