CHURCH NEWS: The Advent Sunday service was truly beautiful and drew a large congregation. The performance of a small choir who sang unaccompanied was delightful and a very brave young lady, who was visiting family in the village, sang an exquisite solo. Much conversation was exchanged after the service, while festive nibbles and fizz were consumed. A lovely morning.

This Sunday, The Reverend Neville Manning will lead Holy Communion (BCP) at the usual time of 10.30am. Then the following week, December 16, The Reverend Stephen Stuckes will lead the service of Nine Lessons and Carols. This will also start at the later time of 11am. Refreshments will be served in the church after each service. All are invited and will receive a very warm welcome. Hope to see you.
