GIRL GUIDES WANTED: Calling all 10 to 14 year old girls. 1st Hellingly guides meet every Thursday night from 7pm to 8.30pm. We would love to welcome more girls into our unit so if your daughter or ward is aged 10 to 14 years and looking for fun and great friends, please contact Yvonne Collinge on 07952 818751 or hellinglyguides@gmail.com.

MARKET: There is a Food and Craft Market on Sunday at the Boship Lions Hotel, from 10am to 3pm.

PARISH CHURCH: On Thursday at 7.30pm there is a Guild of Servers of the Sanctuary service which is a service of Guild Office and Benediction. On Sunday July 24 at 10.45am there is a Pet Service which is a service of thanks and celebration for pets. All makes and models of pets welcome. Pets must be accompanied by their owner. Regular services are on Sundays, 8am Holy Communion Hellingly, 10.45am Holy Communion or Family Service on fourth Sunday, Thursdays 9.30am BCP Holy Communion.

MICHELHAM PRIORY: Forthcoming events include a Classic Vehicle Show tomorrow, Saturday, Archaeology Day on Wednesday July 27 and a Summer in Bloom Garden Tour on Saturday July 30. Visit www.sussexpast.co.uk for more information.

FLOWER SHOW: Arlington and Dicker Produce and Flower Show is on Saturday September 3 from 3pm at Arlington Village Hall. There will be classes for vegetables, fruit, flowers, flower arranging, cookery, children’s classes and craftwork. Programme with entry form coming soon.

LIONS DOG SHOW: This is on Sunday September 25 at Upper Dicker Village Hall. All day. More news nearer the time.
