SAD OLD LEWES: As I walked down the town Sunday for the war memorial service, I was surprised at he amount of people around Hawkenbury Way. It was a cross country event taking place and as I walked towards the public convenience in the Western Road, there was a large queue of men and women waiting to use the one and only toilet which is a disabled one. What a sad state of affairs for the County Town of Lewes.
