ST MARY’S: We will be celebrating Marriage Week this Sunday with a special service at 6.30pm with prayers and a talk led by members of the MU. You are warmly invited to join the celebration, there will be cake and fizz afterwards. Our Eucharist Services this week will take place at 8am and 10am and we shall be welcoming guest clergy who will continue to take these services during March as Beth prepares for her return to duties. All are welcome to attend these services, there is a Sunday Club running during most 10am services.

BRIDGE CLUB : At its meeting on Wednesday February 1, the result of the duplicate pairs played was: 1, Jenny Charman and Michael Slot; 2, Lesley Durrant and David Warner; 3, Jenny Lodge and Johnnie Walker. The club next meets in the St Mary’s room of the village hall on Wednesday at 7pm. Contact 814220.

JUMBLE SALE: Time to start getting your jumble together for a jumble sale on Saturday February 25 at 2pm in the village hall.

LIBRARY: Don’t forget that Ringmer Library is now open for four two hour sessions a week, including Saturday mornings from 10am until noon. It is free to join and carries a good range of books for all ages, DVDS and talking books, as well as free wi-fi. There is a weekly story time for children on Thursdays at 2pm and a volunteer who can be booked for individual sessions on Wednesday mornings to help people get to grips with their computers and i-pads.
