WORKING DAY: Seaford Station Wildlife Garden volunteers are having a working day on Friday September 25 and are looking for more volunteers to help and enhance the area. They will be clearing and planting so you will need to wear boots for safety and only people of 18 years plus. They are also looking for people who are good at woodwork to make insect, bees, bat and bird boxes. Even if you cannot manage the gardening, donations of bulbs would be greatly received. If you can spare an hour or two and are interested in helping or donating please contact Jenny Thornton, Booking Clerk, Seaford Station.

FOODSWAP: We are now taking names for our Autumn Foodswap, to be held at The Seven Sisters Public House, Alfriston Road on Saturday October 3, 10am to noon. At this time of year you may have fruit and vegetables growing so quickly that they may spoil if not harvested. Bring them along to our morning and swap them for other items. There is ample car parking and refreshments will be available. For more details and to register to attend: Contact the organisers Adele/Di 01323 492995/897897.
