CHURCH SERVICES: Warbleton Parish Church: 11am Morning Worship with Holy Communion. It rained for our BBQ last week, but we were able to carry on regardless, thanks to the barn at Wayside. There was a good spread of eatables which was thoroughly enjoyed, as was the company. Our thanks to our chefs and to Vivian and Helen for their hospitality. St John’s Bodle Street: 9.30am Family service for Sea Sunday. St Giles, Dallington: 6.30pm Evensong. Heathfield Chapel: 11am. The preacher at the 11am and 6.30pm services will be Rev Bob Cotton, the regional secretary of the Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches, to which the chapel is affiliated.
HISTORY GROUP: The speaker at the meeting on Monday at 7.30pm for 8pm in the Dunn Village Hall will be Nigel Grace. He will be talking about The Mystery of the Bosnian Pyramids. Coffee is served before the meeting and the bookstall will be open.
PARISH COUNCIL: The council meets at 7pm at the Bodle Street Village Hall on Thursday evening. Members of the public are welcome to attend and parishioners can raise matters fairly early in the meeting.
