Volunteer at museum
RYE Museum are holding a Volunteers’ Evening at 3 East Street on Tuesday at 6.30pm.
People are invited to come along to hear about the museum’s plans for the new season and enjoy a glass of wine.
The Museum would welcome new volunteers who could help with the stewarding at the Ypres Tower or East Street or assist in other ways with the collection, at the regular children’s Discovery Days or in more general ways.
Peter Varley, from the museum, said: “Last year we welcomed over 22,000 visitors to our two sites and are very hopeful that we can improve on that this year.”
