Volunteer for Scouts

That’s the invitation from the association as increasingly parents are supporting their children by attending outdoor scouting activities.

In the Bexhill area membership is on the increase and newcomers are being encouraged to sign up to experience all scouting has to offer, from developing leadership to learning new skills at activity centres throughout the UK.

David King, of Rotary Club of Senlac, said: “Scouting is indeed a current success story.

“Locally membership has approached 700.

“Families are becoming more and more involved.”
