VOTE Does infrastructure spending justify up to 2,000 new homes for North Littlehampton and Courtwick?

UP TO 2,000 new homes could bring at least £30m into Littlehampton, providing roads, schools, community centres, and cold, hard cash.

Campaigners say the windfalls, to be paid out if plans are approved for 600 homes on land at Courtwick Lane, and more than 1,200 north of the railway line, are “nothing but a bribe”.

The £30m would be spent on infrastructure such as a Lyminster bypass, a new school and community centre, but is it a price worth paying?
