Warnham festival fears
PLANS for a three day mini festival near Warnham have come under fire from locals.
The event, starting today (Friday September 23) and lasting all weekend, will see a field off the A29 Bognor Road transformed into a party site for up to 500 guests.
Horsham District Council say the party is licensed and legal, but noise levels will be monitored.
